Helpful information:

Clothing: Temperature is very moderate. A light jacket or sweater for evenings sometimes needed. Otherwise dress for early summer or spring.
Shots and Medications: If you are traveling around Africa you may need a Yellow Fever shot.For Rwanda only no shots are required. Malaria is a possibility. You will save a lot of money if you buy the malaria tabs here in Rwanda rather than your home country.
Money: Don't plan on using credit cards or having ready access to ATM's. You can buy local currency at the airport. You will get a better rate from the Forex bureaus in town. It is possible to get cash advances on your credit card at banks.
